Kascap India's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Taloja (Navi Mumbai)
and equipped with latest injection molding machines. We have a production capacity of more than 5 million pieces per month. Latest injection molding machines, automatic brush bristling machines, and modern tool room is our endeavour to provide quality products with timely deliveries.
Our In-house facilities for decoration include:
- 1. Caps: embossing and metalising, hot stamping, Soft touch, color spraying, printing & aluminium sleeve.
- 2. Bottles: color coating , UV pro coating, printing & frosting.
We have dedicated custom mold facility for the caps and bottles thus offering end to end solutions to customers. We provide complete packaging solutions to customers in more than 60 countries.
